The Significance of Mt. Moriah and Us: Part 1

By Mario Seiglie in Orange County, CA - June 17, 2023 - Mount Moriah is where Abraham was to sacrifice his only son, Issac; where his faith was tested by God. Years later, God had His Temple built on this mount through King David and Solomon, his son. With our baptism, we are similarly tested to put God first in our lives just as Abraham did on Mt. Moriah. The history of Mt. Moriah is mentioned throughout the Old Testament, eventually becoming known as Mt. Zion.
