We talked about this in May of this year, and now, it seems you lose. Seems like your law is unconstitutional and it questions what you're trying to do. While we support you, you've really got to prove why Montana should be allowed to ban the app as just banning it doesn't fix the overall problem. At least this suspect got caught, and we can celebrate just a little bit.
