<p>A Tribute in Honour of George Verwer.</p> <p><br></p> <p>&quot;Founder of Operation Mobilisation, George Verwer’s first contact with Christianity was through a little old lady who gave him the Gospel of John and put him on her &quot;Holy Ghost hit list&quot;, praying that he would become a Christian and a missionary. At 14 George gave his life to Jesus and began distributing the Gospel of John in Mexico in 1957. In 1961 Operation Mobilization was born.
