All the way from a first project that fell through to a second project now under contract. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Having spent several $$$ on documentation for the first project and realizing it was falling through, they decided to do zoning and prospecting for more than twenty properties to find another deal. They found and were able to put under contract a new property worth 1.2MM just like the first project but at a third of its price, make use of all the documentation from project one and avoid losing money.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Simon and Axel dive deep into the importance of prospecting and being persistent to find your deals.
