The Power of Intention

<p>This episode is about the power of our (subconscious) intentions. There is power in affirming intentions from our conscious mind, but they do not hold a candle to the intentions within our <em>subconscious</em>. This is where ALL our <strong>true power</strong> lies. When we can become aware of what our <em>true </em>intentions are, this is when we can regain our agency in our lives. When we can witness ourselves, accept where we are, then we can intend to always do better. We must learn to be honest with ourselves, and then love ourselves into the best version we can be.
