<p>The Oklahoma City Bombing Part 4: Off to War On April, 19 1995 at 9:02AM a Ryder truck filled with explosive went off outside of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 168 people died, while at least 680 were injured.
