The National Hispanic Energy Council has launched in Palm Beach County

The founders of the newly formed Council launched it at a Latin restaurant near West Palm Beach on Tuesday to bring a Hispanic voice to the energy policy debate. We speak with NHEC Chairman Julio Fuentes and Vice Chairman Matthew Gonzales.
