<p>Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams busts myths about sexuality in midlife, because, she literally wrote the book on it…and she’s a doctor, so it’s all certified.</p> <p>Dr. Rachel studied at the famous Stanford University, graduated with honors, got her doctorate from UC San Francisco and even has a Masters Degree in Holistic Health from UC Berkeley. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine. &nbsp;In 2008 she opened the Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine Clinic where she treats some of the world’s most influential people, like big shot CEOs, billionaire entrepreneurs and Nobel Peace laureates.</p> <p>She’s been voted as the “Best Doctor” in Santa Cruz County every year since 2009. And it looks like no one is even close to breaking that track record. As a gerontologist I respect that she’s super dedicated to creating health equity and anti-racism in health care.
