<p>Today my wife and I were discussing a Black Enterprise article about Nick Cannon and the mother of one of his children. &nbsp;&nbsp;She appears to be having some financial issues, and this led us to wonder: &nbsp;What's the penalty the world makes us pay for having a bunch of kids in a bunch of different households?&nbsp;</p>
