The Magical Tale of the Seed to Sprout

Lewis</p> <p> </p> <p>The Spring Equinox offers the key to a round doorway expanding toward all that wants to be new,</p> <p>everything that is working</p> <p>to come up out of the muddy ground in order to soak up the sun by day, and the starry night sky in the evening.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each year; the Vernal Equinox is usually around March 20th. On this day, the calendar year splits; and we have 12 hours of equal darkness and light. The combining of the Yin Yang, white and black into One present moment.</p> <p> </p> <p>As you know as a mindfulness practitioner, in the present moments outside of the past and future musings of the mind; all is One and we have the opportunity to create and begin anything anew.</p> <p> </p> <p>This mindful journey will take us on a magical visualization walk; to plant seeds for the bountiful spring season to come. </p>
