The Little Guy vs. The Big Guy (Episode 141)

The little guy takes it on the chin with a Vanguard share class exchange helping out the big guys but gets some love with the Naviant student loan settlement.  The big guys won with Vanguard but might be taking a hit when buying second homes.  Everyone is looking at rising mortgage rates and the IRS is looking at a backlog of 10 million filings from 2020.
