The Lights are going out across Europe!

<p>Last week, I reported that Russian Gas to Germany (and thence to other EU countries) had been turned back ON again after the annual maintenance but at only 40% of the previous capacity.  Today, it is announced that this will drop to only 20% of capacity! The EU responds by saying it's member have unilaterally agreed to a 15% cut in their use of Russian Gas. Last time I checked, a 15% cut is nowhere near the 80% cut required.
