This week we are bringing Nurse Erica. Nurse, Advocate, IG, and TikTok creator giving us all the real tea behind the dynamics of nurse management, unions, gaslighting, the “nursing shortage,” etc. We started following her on TikTok and have been obsessed with this movement!  Erica co-founded The Last Pizza Party, with @NurseNander and advocates for change because she recognizes that the nursing profession is at a dangerous point that it will not recover from unless a major shift takes place. The Last Pizza Party is a movement for nurse advocacy. They promote solutions and break down barriers that prevent progress. Their mission is to inspire, educate, and most importantly, lead.  For more than 25 years, Erica has worked as a nurse. From CNA, to RN, working in Adult, Pediatric, and hospice settings, she has worked in several capacities and 5 years ago became a nurse manager. Erica speaks on toxicity, retaliation, organizing, and collectively moving forward as a profession.
