Based in an immigrant family with a strong work ethic, her first ventures into standing up for others were found within supporting her immediate family, including her parents and sister.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Justice Loparco continues to successfully address the Six Derailers of Confidence by building and sustaining strong networks. She also sees failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, one of the basic tenets of a growth mindset.
