The Israel Guys Daily | Bennet meets with Putin in Moscow

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">On Saturday Prime Minister Naftali Bennett departed for an unannounced visit to Moscow to discuss the Ukrainian war and the Iran nuclear negotiations with President Vladimir Putin. The meeting reportedly went on  for three hours.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">More than 80% of the ancient historical sites in Judea and Samaria have been damaged. At a conference this last week Israel’s president said "It is important to know that Jewish history did not originate in Tel Aviv, but in Judea and Samaria. Therefore, the roots to the rights to our land are specifically in Judea and Samaria.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;">The Alpinist Unit of the Israel Defense Forces held a special training exercise on Mount Hermon last week. The IDF Alpinist Unit was established in 1983 to handle the unique threats to Mount Hermon, which Israel captured along with the rest of the Golan Heights 16 years ago in the Six Day War. Part of their rigorous training is learning to operate while moving quickly on skis.</span></p> <p><br /> <br /></p>
