The Irony of Deafening Silence | Getting Comfortable with the Unknown

<div>Let&apos;s talk about facing our fears. They have been showing up for me FULL ON this week. 2 of my biggest fears are silence &amp; uncertainty. It&apos;s so easy to get caught up in the daily doings of life - your job, caring for your children and your family, your business, etc. It&apos;s easier to push everything else aside with just 3 words <em>&quot;I am busy&quot;. </em>How many times have you done that? Another thing I&apos;m working through is the fear of uncertainty. Our mind wants to know, it wants certainty, but there is no certainty in life. Everything is changing and everything is moving every single second. When we fix ourselves into a mould, that&apos;s when we lose our flow.
