THE HUNGER FOR TRUTH AND THE JOY IN TRUTH

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The human soul struggles with truth.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> This dilemma is brought out in the early chapters of Matthew that lead to Jesus’s teachings and solution.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">The wise men hunger for truth and show us the call to obedience when we discover the truth.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> Herod represents the wicked heart of humanity that is given the truth, but rejects it to protect our won worldly, self interests.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">The wise men gain joy in the truth of Jesus as they worship Him.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> Herod brings death and will experience death in his denial of the truth of Jesus.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> This is what the world struggles with today in our Global War for the human soul!</span></p>
