The Heroism or the Lifesaving and Meritorious Action Award

<p>The meritorious action award is often referred to as the heroism award and lifesaving award. This rare and unique award is given to individuals who have gone above and beyond to help others. Many scout skills or life-saving such as first aid, emergency preparedness, and water safety.
