<div attr="desc"><p>Did you know that the whirling dance or meditation of the Sufi has a very fun origin? It involves a 13th-Century mystic, a clanking hammer, whirling, dizziness and a trance-like state of complete peace and ecstacy.<br>Ashdin just had his first experience of this yesterday. He went to a Sufi workshop, half expecting to fall flat on his face with all the spinning. Feel dizzy and disoriented. However, he encountered a great feeling of peace.<br>On this episode, Ashdin talks about being open to exploring spirituality and mysticism. These are often touchy subjects because of our logical mind, our thinking mind and our scientific mind do not accept it. We only believe in things we understand or can explain.</p><p>However, there is a big difference between the things we can feel and the things we can understand.
