The Fundamentals of Humanity with Kristen Donnelly

In today's episode, I have the pleasure of having Kristen Donnelly of Abbey Research as a guest on the podcast! We dive into the importance of getting back to the fundamentals of humanity of loving one another and meeting each other where we are. When we come from a place of love and understanding, we are able to dispel confusion, assumptions, and hurts because we are being actively present in all that we do. Kristen shares a couple of tips in getting back to the fundamentals: Just start focusing on the inner work to dispel any misconceptions or biases you may have. Be open to unlearning in order to relearn new views and perspectives Always be learning As we are intentional in being open to interact and learn from one another, the greater impact and transformation can be seen.
