For the first time, the Fed has <a href= "https://www.coindesk.com/fed-reserve-is-researching-dlt-based-digital-dollar-says-governor" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" data-reactroot= "">said</a> it is actively researching and experimenting with digital currencies and distributed ledger technologies.
