Tenants Upset About Being Evicted From Capitol Crossings In Albany

In the ongoing tenant struggle at the former Bleecker Terrace apartments in West Hil of Albany, many residents of the 240-unit Capitol Crossing have received non-renewal letters giving them 90 days to move out.
