<p>I created this episode because youth sports needs a reboot, or at least some course correction. While there are some major advancements and new opportunities for young athletes, there are some glaring holes in the system. I was fortunate to have great parents and many good coaches throughout my athletic career, and I'm in a phase of life where youth sports is prominent. I'm seeing it all, and I have a few things to say about it.
