You've probably heard of the Rosetta Stone. It's one of the most famous objects in the British Museum, but what actually is it? Gene and Mary take a closer look! The inscription on the Rosetta Stone is a decree passed by a council of priests. It is one of a series that affirm the royal cult of the 13-year-old Ptolemy V on the first anniversary of his coronation (in 196 BC). You can read the full translation here.
