<p>It’s always an honor to visit with BBQ Hall of Famer Tuffy Stone. On Episode 65 of the Tailgate Guys BBQ Show Podcast, we have a conversation with “The Professor” about how weird it feels not to be headed to Memphis this week, where he’s reigning champion of the Memphis in May World BBQ Championship.</p> <p>Postponed by COVID-19 until October, Tuffy said he might throw a couple of pork shoulders on the smoker this weekend, at home in Virginia, to commemorate the occasion.
