<p>Sumita is an Engineering leader with over 15+ years of experience, currently leading teams at CarGurus as an Engineering Director. She is originally from India, moved to the USA for her Master's degree, and has built her career from the ground up. She has worked in various industries including health care, Finance, Insurance and currently working in the automobile industry! </p><p>She has been involved in Women who code Boston and Girls who code organizations. Technology and giving back to the community are very important to her. She is also a mom, so paving a path for the younger generation has a personal meaning for her.</p>
