We talk about her journey into the fashion world and about how an understanding of the changes in both business and design is crucial to making it.</p><p>~ ~ ~</p><p>Margaret Bartlett is a Design Director with 15 years of fashion industry experience in apparel design and merchandising. A graduate of New York’s Parsons School of Design, she has had the pleasure of designing childrenswear for iconic brands adidas and Ralph Lauren.
