Style and Soul Reformed Episode 19: Judgement

<p>As humans we judge even if we are not fully aware.  What I'm learning is that every time I judge someone it is a reflection of something I may not like about myself or an insecurity that I am reflecting by noticing it in someone else.  Self awareness is the key and going back to center is the ultimate destination. </p>
