<p>Trying something new from a well reviewed brewery and a new style from a new brewery. It's a lot of new stuff this episode. Known for their IPA's and stouts, Stigbergets has been branching out. They have a line of traditional German style beers and now they releasing their first wild ale. It's a young fresh wild ale with hints of tart apple. It's a good first entry in a fledgling wild ale program. Also from Gothenburg is Gothenburg Brew's Chuck the Oyster. Oyster stouts are a forgotten style. You used to be able to find them on the shelves on a regular basis. These days if you get one a year, it's miracle.
