Spirituality: Morals, Ethics, Values, Beliefs, Opinions

<p>Ep #179 - Spirituality. I talk a lot about it on the show. It's talked about in meetings, recovery centers, treatment facilities, and all the other places we go to achieve our sobriety and recovery - but what exactly is spirituality? I have my take on it and today we are going to review morals, ethics, values, beliefs, and opinions so you have a clear understanding of what they are moving forward.</p> <p>In a progressive scenario I recommend you grab a pen, a pad, and get in your mind lab and start writing out what ethics you adhere too. What moral compass are you following? What are your values? How are your opinions and beliefs differentiated for you in your life?</p> <p>We are one person when we are actively using. We are another person when we get into sobriety and we are definitely different as we journey into addiction recovery.</p> <p>Knowing what morals, ethics, and values are important to you and when, where, and how they influence your beliefs and opinions will be enlightening to you on levels you have to experience to fully grasp.</p> <p>Just hit play and let's dive in with our open minds, hearts, and energies bringing everyone into the fold - you are in the right place, at the right time...right now.</p> <p>It is time.
