Persevering not one or 2 but days, weeks, months in trial and standing in integrity until joy comes in the morning. Heavenly Father's heart tender and compassionate towards His children.  How we use our time, talent (ability), treasure (money). Spending time, talent, treasure not in view of permissibility but seeing it if it's in the will of God away from things that are of immaturity, selfishness, covetousness.  Testing ourselves are we walking in love of God right now.  Trials teaching us the values of authentic Christian life of : honesty, humility, holiness and love.
