<p>Galatian Liberty Part 23<br>Spirit vs Flesh (Galatians 5:16-18)</p><p>Paul, the apostle, warned that freedom in Christ should not be used as <br>an opportunity for the flesh. And that if the Galatians bit or devoured one another, they would end up destroying each other. Paul encouraged them to love one another instead, citing the teaching of Christ and Leviticus 19:18. </p><p>Although he cited part of the moral law, justification is not through love but faith. And, if one is justified by faith, the Spirit works through them. Again, loving our neighbor as ourselves does not justify anyone.
