Spancilhill Fair Committee Put Longevity Of Festival Down To Strong Community Spirit

The organising committee of Spancilhill Fair say the longevity of the festival is down to the strong community spirit in the village. Member of the Spancilhill Fair Organising Committee, Frank Lynch, has been telling Clare FM's Morning Focus they've had to overcome many obstacles in their history but it's the community that keeps it going.
