<p><strong>TOPICAL SERMON OUTLINE (13/09/20)</strong></p> <p><strong>Sovereignty of God Part 1: Lamentations 3: 37-39</strong></p> <p>1. <strong>The Introduction:</strong> Do we believe in the sovereignty of God – that God is sovereign over all the good and all the bad events in the world; as well as in our lives?</p> <p>1.1 <strong>Big Idea:</strong> Look at two essentials to help us to put back our confidence in the sovereignty of God; to trust God’s sovereignty in both our good circumstances and our bad circumstances.</p> <p>2. The second essential is our responsibility…</p> <p>4. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> the exhortation: These two essentials that we have just heard to help us to put back our confidence in the sovereignty of God; to trust God’s sovereignty in both our good circumstances and our bad circumstances: will we?</p> <p><strong>Reflection:</strong> Do you believe in the sovereignty of God? Is it important for you to believe in the sovereignty of God: and why? Do you believe that God is sovereign over all things: including the bad things as well? Do you believe that you have a responsibility to play in the sovereignty of God?
