South Dakota House Votes for Convention of States

<p>On January 25, 2022, the South Dakota House debates and votes on the Convention of States Action Resolution which calls for an Article V convention for proposing amendments that would impose fiscal restraints, term limits, and other limits on the scope and power of the federal government.</p>
