Social Media affects our Body Image

Social media gives us a lot to compare ourselves with, and it can set unrealistic expectations. Unless you do not have social media at all, it's a little hard not to compare yourself to all these Instagram and fitness models. This can lead to mental health issues, insecurities and lack of confidence in yourself. However, we are here to tell you social media is not real! We will discuss all the new trends we are seeing on social media that promote body positivity and show what is the reality behind the photo. We'll also talk about what you can do to promote body positivity if you are feeling like social media is impacting the way you see yourself. In addition, we will also talk about how the fashion industry is moving away from "one size all" to include all shapes and sizes...although there are some store's that could still use some work.
