<p>Morning walks, chatting with a friend, that first hot drink of the day...inspired by an excerpt from Dolly Alderton's memoir, this week we're talking about small moments of joy, and finding gratitude for the mundanity of life. In our agony aunt column we answer questions about branching out from a 'niche' on YouTube, and tips for exploring a new city and tackling that loneliness.</p> <p>We wanted to record something uplifting given the current situation in the UK - we're thinking of every single one of you, and hope that these weekly podcasts can be an opportunity for escapism as we go into this lockdown.
