SKIPPING the catch phrase 'living my best life' & DEFINING what exactly that means

<p>I&apos;ve been really rooted in such a place of gratitude and I want to remind you how thankful I am for you showing up and taking time out of your day to listen in to this podcast! <br/><br/> As an ambitious woman in her 20&apos;s, I see you - dreaming big dreams while simultaneously struggling to take up space and battling self-doubt. You are not alone my friend.<br/><br/>Today we&apos;re chatting about the phrase &quot;you&apos;re living your best life.&quot; Because really, what does that even mean? Within myself, it&apos;s a sense and a state of being rather than achieving. If you&apos;re new here, I recently moved to CO and I&apos;m in a really high season of spending my free time in the mountains, snowboarding, and exploring.<br/><br/>Someone recently commented on an IG picture I posted showing one of my adventures and they said &quot;Michaela, you&apos;re living your best life!&quot; I took a pause to question that though - is this me living my best life or am I simply doing the things that light my soul on fire?! <br/><br/>I&apos;ve recently started journaling using the Growth Day app (linked below) and one of the founders asked &quot;what are the 3 happiest times or memories of your life and what were you really <em>feeling</em> at that moment?&quot;  Not sure about you but I had a hard time coming up with only 3!<br/><br/>So when you think about living your best life, or the 3 happiest times of your life, can you really put some context to it and actually define what happiness means to you?
