Shifting to a Life-Work Balance

If you’ve been paying attention to what’s happening within the world related to work, a lot of folks are rethinking how they show up within their workspaces (me included). With the panorama, all of us have been forced to look at our relationship with work and reimagine how we can flip the idea of a “work-life” balance to one of a “life-work” balance.  In this solo episode, and fresh off of vacation, I’m reflecting on my own journey to center my personal life and shift away from making my work the main focus of my life. While everyone’s in a different season of their lives, there’s a mindset shift we need to make to change how we view balance. Moreover, what if balance doesn’t exist?
