Session 86-Ali ibn Abu Talib(ra)-The sun rising once more after it set. Is this an authentic hadith?

Alee ibn Abu Talib (ra) session 86. A report about the sun rising once more after it set. Is this an authentic hadith? How could Verse 55 of surah Al Ma'idah only describe some attributes of Alee (ra) and not the rest of the believers. Thus the report about Alee (ra) giving charity while bowing in salah is fabricated and has no contextual basis with the revelation of this Verse.
