Alee ibn Abu Talib (ra) Session 198 After the murder of Uthmaan (ra), Alee (ra) whilst in Kufa (Iraq), refrains from eating food accessible to the public and only eats barley from Al Medina. Alee (ra) is the son of The Father of the Guests, Prophet Ibrahim (as), so Alee (ra) weeps when he doesn't have a guest for 7 days. Alee (ra) reluctantly accepts the high post as he fears for the deen of Allah سبحانه وتعالىٰ.
