Serie A: Napoli lavishes praise on Osimhen for selflessness in win vs Sassuolo

<p>Napoli manager, Rudi Garcia reserved huge praise for Victor Osimhen for his magnanimity during the club’s Serie A clash against Sassuolo at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Saturday.</p>, <p>The Serie A champions won the encounter 2-0 to maintain their perfect start to the season.</p>, <p>Osimhen opened the scoring for the Partenopei from the spot in the first half.</p>, <p>It was the Nigeria international’s 100th club goal.</p>, <p>Napoli won another penalty after the break and Osimhen handed the ball to his teammate, Giacomo Raspadori.</p>, <p>Raspadori however missed the spot kick, but captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo scored a few minutes later to make the points safe for the visitors.</p>, <p>Garcia was impressed with Osimhen’s gesture to his teammate.</p>, <p>“That is a great sign, because it means he is thinking about the team and not just about himself. I loved that.</p>, <p>“Raspadori is an attacking player who can feature in any of the forward roles, he will score goals and get assists,” Garcia was quoted by DAZN.</p>, <p>Osimhen has scored three goals in two appearances for Napoli this season.</p>
