September 28 - When Early Season Snow Buried Alberta

New September record snowfall opened up on Saturday, the 28th and did not stop till the Monday, on the 30th! Travel was brutal, regardless of what mode you chose. Flights were canceled and the power went out for many.  One particular road accident occurred along the Deerfoot Trail where 16 vehicles were involved.   Learn more about your ad choices.
