SELLING out of THIS High Dividend Sector!

<p>Today I share my plans to sell out the utilities sector. This a high dividend sector that investors love because of the low volatility and companies often paying much of their earnings out in dividends. The 2 main utility companies I own are Southern Company SO and Duke Energy DUK. I know this might not be popular decision since I always preach buy, stash and collect cash, but I feel the capital allocated toward these dividend stocks can go toward other dividend stocks and ETFs such as QQQ and SPY.
