Second Paddy Hogan Seminar Set to Take Place In Ennis

The Clare branch of the Labour Party will host its second Paddy Hogan Seminar in the Old Ground Hotel on the 24th of November, at 7.30pm to reflect and learn from the life and times of one of Clare’s legend Paddy Hogan. The seminar will focus on Paddy Hogan, a Clare man who lived an extremely eventful life, from fighting against the Black and Tans during the War of Independence in this county to becoming a barrister, being elected as a TD, and also serving as Ceann Comhairle of the Dáil.
