Then the tragic loss of a child and then her husband to cancer and being left with the loss of a future and a young family to tend to, she found herself not finding answers or help from traditional therapy so she returned to her studies and found a new way.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">She describes grief as a gap you can get lost in, between your past with someone and your future without them. The way she speaks of the experience of loss is like no one else, blending personal experience, neuroscience and hope.
