<p>Santa Ana wind conditions causing fire danger here in San Diego County and in Riverside County. A fire still burns in the Aguanga area of Riverside, while another fire broke out here in Rancho Bernando yesterday. A University City High School teacher accused of attempting to pay a teen for sex is back in court today.
