San Diego City Council Presidential Election, Ocean Beach Camper Controversy and Beach Closures

<p>Today the San Diego City Council will vote to select it's next President for the following year. Some people living in Ocean Beach are pushing local leaders to remove camper vans in a dirt lot by Robb Field.
