<p>In this week’s pod, we were joined by Tony Welch to discuss the five levers for change.</p> <p>Following a career in the Royal Navy, Tony has had a wide and varied career in industry, rooted in project controls, assurance and programme management. He has operated at the senior executive level and has a track record of business/programme turnarounds, transformational change and performance improvement.
