S4 E38: LIVE on YouTube - Using Emotions to Shift Your Beliefs - Which Create Your Reality

<p>Today the Higher Self guided me to speak on emotions. Learning what your emotions are trying to tell you is key in shifting from aligning to the ego to the Higher Self. The emotions are indicative of a belief that you hold that is out of alignment with the Higher Self and directing you to see that it is causing you to have a limited definition of who you are. You are spirit having a human experience. The spirit YOU is eternal and limitless. It is not identified by beliefs. The beliefs that you hold (which were programmed from a young age and continuously until you become conscious) are what creates thoughts (which support them), emotions (which enforce them) and behaviors (which will create the experience you have) to solidify the belief as TRUE. They are NOT true. Beliefs are just engrained thoughts – thoughts you have consistently thought over and over. They are conditioned. AND it is possible to shift your beliefs to more positive or optimistic beliefs that will create a happier existence and a more fulfilling reality. The way I started shifting my beliefs was through the emotions I was feeling. Question the emotion, just because you are feeling it does not make it true.
